When you're managing the travel needs of multiple people, we understand the size of the group can often change. If you've already paid a deposit, and your overall group size changes by less than 20%*, we'll simply apply any deposit paid towards the final payment.
Work delegates not decided? Not sure who's in the team that round? Haven't drawn the incentive winners? Our late payment, naming and ticketing deadlines mean you can still book your travel without delay.
