Flexible deposit conditions
When you're managing the travel needs of multiple people, we understand the size of the group can often change. If you've already paid a deposit, and your overall group size changes by less than 20%, we'll simply apply any deposit paid towards the final payment.

Delayed payment, naming and ticketing
Work delegates not decided? Not sure who's in the team that round? Haven't drawn the incentive winners? Our late payment, naming and ticketing deadlines mean you can still book your travel without delay.

The website is available to travel agents in Australia, Canada, China, Europe, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South America, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States.

From complex quoting, right through to booking, payment, naming, ticketing, seating and flight amendments. Almost everything can be managed via the website.

A username and password is required to access the website. If you do not have a username, simply complete the registration form or contact your manager if your agency has already registered.

Registration is easy and can be done online. The manager or key group contact from each agency will need to initially register as an administrator and will need to agree to the website terms and conditions. Once verified, the agency administrator will be sent details of their individual username to access the website.

Each user will require an individual username and password. Once registered, the agency administrator will be able to add and delete additional users who in turn will receive their unique username to access the website.

Qantas Group Travel is available to travel agents in Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States holding applicable licences with a valid International Air Transport Association (IATA) or Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS) number.

Agents without an IATA or TIDS number can book groups via the Qantas Group Sales Team during business hours. Service fees apply.

The website has been designed with easy to use navigation and functionality. We also have step by step learning modules (Qantas Group Travel Learning) available once logged into the website. These learning modules and a series of clue cards are accessible via the Help option on the My Account menu.
